Driven by the wave of science and technology, Taiyi Seiko launched the "Research and Development and Application of Corrugated Box High Screen Line Printing Automatic High-speed Visual Inspection Complete Equipment" project in Foshan's industrial field in 2020. After years of hard work and unremitting exploration, it finally ushered in the key stage of application achievement transformation. In order to celebrate this brilliant achievement and promote the wide application of the project results, Taiyi Seiko held a grand project discussion and award ceremony with the theme of "visual inspection" on the afternoon of May 16, 2024. The event invited an outstanding team of experts from Guangdong University of Technology and leaders of Sanshui District to visit and guide, and jointly witnessed the glorious moment of technological innovation.

Guangdong University of Technology, a well-known academic institution in China, is famous for its profound scientific research background and excellent talent training ability. Over the years, Taiyi Seiko and Guangdong University of Technology have worked hand in hand and achieved fruitful results on the road of industry-university-research cooperation. The team of experts attended this time was strong, including top scholars such as President Cheng Lianglun, Associate Professor Wang Tao, Researcher Chen Xueqian and PhD student Wu Wenhao. With their profound academic attainments and rich practical experience, they provide a strong support for the success of the project.

The Sanshui District Government has given great attention and support to this event. Shi Jiasheng, deputy director of the District Economic Promotion Bureau, and other leaders visited the scene in person, spoke highly of the achievements made by Taiyi Seiko, and placed high hopes on the wide application of the achievements in the future.

At the beginning of the event, Wang Huamin, director of the General Manager Office of Taiyi Seiko, served as the host. First of all, he enthusiastically introduced the background and significance of the project, and expressed his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the guests.

Subsequently, Associate Professor Wang Tao of Guangdong University of Technology elaborated on the core role of visual recognition system in corrugated paper equipment, which has great effect on pre-press edition and online detection, reaching 300 m/min, and has obvious advantages in improving detection accuracy and promoting production. Professor Wang's wonderful explanation made the guests have a deeper understanding of the core technology of the project.

As the project leader, Luo Fuwen, deputy general manager of Taiyi Seiko, shared the research and development process of automatic high-speed visual inspection equipment. He said with emotion that although the cooperation process is full of challenges, the whole team has always maintained firm belief and unremitting efforts, and sincerely thanks the project team for their hard work and joint efforts.

During the project discussion, the participants spoke enthusiastically and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the future development, technology optimization and market promotion of the project. Tseng Weiguang, chairman of Taiyi Seiko, and Cheng, dean of Guangdong University of Technology, also made speeches on the project. They agreed that the cooperation between the two sides is of far-reaching significance and are full of confidence in the wide application of the project. They said that they will continue to increase promotion efforts to allow more enterprises to benefit from this scientific and technological achievement.

In his speech, Shi Jiasheng, deputy director of the Economic Promotion Bureau, stressed the high expectations of the Sanshui District government for TaiYi Yijing. He hopes that Taiyi Seiko can continue to play a leading role, so that the industry-university-research cooperation between Guangdong University of Technology and Taiyi Seiko can jointly build benchmarking projects and promote the transformation and application of more scientific and technological achievements in Sanshui District.
