· Single-axis double-knife slotting, box height adjustment adopts internal tooth structure, so that the lubricating oil is not easy to pollute the carton.

The slotted cutter seat transverse adjustment mechanism: the use of screw rod with linear guide rail, so that the movement is more flexible and accurate.

· The position of pre-pressure wheel, line pressing wheel and slotting tool holder is transversely controlled by computer and digital electric control.

Double-breaking wheel slotting unit: large line pressing structure is adopted to make the line pressing effect more perfect; The upper pressing wheel is wrapped with excellent glue on the outside without damaging the cardboard.

· Rubber pad roller machinery 50mm reversing walking transverse structure.

The rubber pad roller compensation is driven by an independent motor to control the speed of the rubber pad roller, and the compensation range is 3.5mm.

The rubber pad roller cuts the flat structure to keep the surface of the rubber pad flat.

· The waste removal department adopts independent motor transmission, and the vibration shaft-shaft has three jitter points to accelerate the jitter frequency and improve the jitter effect.

· The jitter belt adopts imported cylindrical high elastic belt, which has good elasticity and does not damage the cardboard. The vibration belt drive is controlled by an independent speed regulating motor, which is convenient for speed modulation and ensures the jitter stroke.

The back end of the waste removal department is equipped with a strong blowing and brush device to prevent waste paper from returning to the surface of the cardboard to achieve the best effect of waste removal.

· The stacking machine can be operated automatically or manually.

The paper receiving pallet is operated by air pressure. When the cardboard is stacked to a predetermined height, the paper receiving pallet automatically extends to hold the cardboard.

· The paper arm belt, adjust the tightness separately, not limited by the length of the belt, etc.
